Today I’m sharing my thoughts on what I think are the most important aspects of crypto to understand, covering broad topics such as investment strategy, technology, and security.

  1. Hackers are good for companies in that they present a problem to the software that might've been overlooked by that company. You can't have a solution without first having a problem

  2. What do you do when you’ve flopped your straight and the flush draw makes you push all your chips in? ETC or no ETC? It’s a tough spot ETH was put in, and neither is ideal, but I think when you flop your straight, you push every time, take the hackers supply out of circulation at a time when it was possible to do so without destroying the network. The question we may ask ETH team now is, would you step in and do it again at present time?

  3. Thanks for the brief on Etherium classic, I never really knew anything about it (mostly because I have never chosen to invest in that one), the hack and the community reaction is interesting and now I will research more.

  4. Hey thanks Doug for the brief insight into your life experience ie: govt legislating against online poker and you losing your job. I apologise because until this moment I never considered someone 'gambling' as a 'job' but I stand corrected and thank you for your insight. And now that I realise that for some specifically talented individuals it is a career… I feel for you that this has effected you this way and think that it is great that you have taken that experience and utilising it in a new and exciting way.

  5. There is interesting ICO under the name TokenGo. The company favourably differs in interesting decisions on a background of other ICO. On the essence developers represent the project on creation of ICO and cryptocurrencies without knowledge of programming and difficult diagrams. All is very simple and transparent, the personal office very convenient and is permanently filled with a new functionality. In the telegram there is the active discussion of the project, the audience is permanently replenished.

  6. Ha that guy with the beard who is a pro card player said that he was so heavily invested in BITCONNECT that he couldn't disclose the amount of money he had in. Just think Doug how much money that poor sap lost!
